Pre-Production

MATERIAL & FABRIC SOURCING

The sourcing includes the fabric and all kinds of trims and accessories.
The types of fabrics to choose are based on the project itself, what fabrics are trending at the time and how easy they will be to sew.
Fabrics: Single jersey, Heavy Jersey, Slub Jersey, Fleece, Terry, Cotton Jersey, Interlock Jersey, Jacquard jersey, Ponte roma fabric, Unicolour jersey fabrics, Viscose Jersey
Trims: Buttons, Zippers, Zipper Pullers,Tapes,Lining, Interlining, laces etc.

PATTERN MAKING

Pattern making is the process of creating a blueprint of a garment.
When constructing a piece of clothing the fabric is cut according to the pattern instructions and specifications. The main purpose of a pattern is to make 2D fabric sit properly on a 3D body.
Therefore it is created with the type of fabric and trims in mind, and the intended fit.

-Repeat until satisfied.
-Full Size Set Samples.

-Production.

PRODUCTION PLANING

The planning team foresees the production and makes sure all activities are completed on time.

Production

FABRIC CUTTING

The plotter printed out our patterns from the pre-compiled lay-plan and workers were ready to cut our fabric.

CUTTING PARTS SORTING

Once the cutting was completed all cut pieces were put together in sets.

SEWING

Checking that everything was adjusted properly we began laying out the set and sewing together the pieces until we started to see our design finally coming to life.

GARMENT IRONING & FINISHING

Pressing or ironing is the most important finishing process in the readymade garments sector which is done by subjecting a cloth to heat and pressure with or without steam to remove unwanted creases and to impart a flat appearance to the garments.

FINAL INSPECTION

Before the final products are sent to you, quality control is provided by us.
The purpose of a pre-shipment final inspection is to ensure that the products meet the specifications and safety standards that were agreed.
This is the last quality control check that is done before a product is shipped out.

Packaging & Shipping

GARMENTS PACKING

After a final inspection of the complete garment, it become ready for packing.
When the complete garments packs here by using the byers instructed poly bag and others.
Markedly, garment packing performs manually.

CARTONING

After packing the garments it needs to preserve in a carton box by following the buyers’ instructions to minimize the damage to the garments. This is a manual method.

SHIPMENT

At last, complete apparel becomes ready for shipment to the customer’s destination.
Differnet terms and conditions are involved in the shipment process.
Moreover, merchandise manages all the tasks with the customer for a smooth shipment process.
